Shipping & Returns
During the holiday season we will be processing most orders as fast as we can, usually within 1-2 business days. The last day we will be shipping orders is December 19. We will return from our holiday break the first week of January and resume normal processing times. Shipping time may vary depending on where you are located. All orders ship from New York, NY.
Please note there may be shipping delays that are out of our control.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We currently offer free returns - no shipping or restocking fee :)
To start a return, click this link. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item must not show any wear or tear. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
